Tickets may also be purchased by printing out and completing
the following form and mailing to the address below. Ticket requests will be processed on a first-come-first-serve
basis. For requests received prior to May 8, 2004, tickets will be sent
to you in the mail. For requests received after May 8, 2004, tickets
will be held under your name at the HCF ticket table in front of the
theaters 20 minutes prior to film screenings. Acceptable forms of payment
are check and credit card or cash at the door.
